1. Overview

Smartrich ("we", "us") develops and operates DiceX3D ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and shares data. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Automatically collected

• Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / Google Ad ID / GAID on Android) — used by AdMob for ad serving. User-resettable in OS settings.
• Device model, OS version, language — for compatibility and localization. Not personally identifiable.
• In-app events (taps, rolls) — anonymous, hashed, for analytics + crash diagnosis.
• Crash reports — anonymous stack traces via Sentry / Crashlytics.
• Seasonal Challenge score — anonymous local device hash (UUID, not linked to IDFA/GAID), submitted only if you opt-in.

2.2 We do NOT collect

• Your name, email, phone number
• Contacts, SMS, call logs
• Photos, gallery, camera (we never request these permissions)
• Location (GPS / Wi-Fi)
• Health data
• Financial data (credit card processing is handled entirely by Apple / Google; we only receive a "purchase successful" result)

3. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit)

The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase for USD $18.88 (approximately). All purchase processing — credit card collection, fraud detection, refunds — is handled by Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit on iOS. We receive only an opaque purchase token from the store, which we use to verify entitlement (whether you've purchased Remove Ads) and unlock the Gold Dragon skin. We never see your credit card number or Apple/Google account password.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — ad serving. Privacy
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — GDPR consent management for EU/UK users.
• Google Play Billing (Android) / Apple StoreKit (iOS) — IAP processing.
• Sentry — anonymous crash diagnostics.
• Cloudflare Workers — backend for Seasonal Challenge leaderboard (anonymous device hash only).

5. Data Retention

• On-device: settings + statistics + purchase state remain on your device. Uninstalling clears all data.
• Server-side (Seasonal Challenge): anonymous device hash + score, retained 90 days then auto-deleted.
• Crash reports: 90 days retention on Sentry.
• Deletion requests: write to dev.crealize@gmail.com with the first 4 characters of your device hash; we will delete within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 12+ (contains mild gambling themes — Big-Small / Liar's Dice / 789 drinking-game references). We do not knowingly target children under 13 for marketing or data collection. If you are a parent/guardian and have concerns about your child's use of the App, please contact us.

7. Regional Rights

7.1 GDPR (EU / UK)

Legal bases: legitimate interest (crash diagnosis) + consent (personalized ads). You may: access / correct / erase / restrict / port / object. Contact: dev.crealize@gmail.com

7.2 CCPA (California)

We do not sell personal information. California residents may request to know / delete / not be discriminated against.

7.3 Taiwan PDPA

8. Data Security

• All network traffic uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
• No sensitive identifying data is stored.
• Cloudflare Worker backend: input validation + rate limits + UUID regex filtering.
• Internal access is limited to authorized personnel with operation logs.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will trigger an in-app notification and update the "Last updated" date above.
