How do I remove ads?

Tap "🚫 Remove Ads" on the bottom-right of the main screen → confirm purchase USD $18.88 → ads are permanently removed and the Gold Dragon skin is unlocked. No subscription.

I bought Remove Ads but ads still show on a new device. What do I do?

Open the paywall again and tap "Restore Purchase". The App will query Google Play / Apple StoreKit for your past purchase. You must be logged in to the same store account.

Why does the App not show my system language?

DiceX3D supports 14 languages. If your system locale is not in the list, the App falls back to English. Currently supported: English, 繁體中文, 简体中文, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Português (BR), Deutsch, Français, Italiano, Русский, Tiếng Việt, Indonesia, Arabic (text only, no RTL layout yet).

Is shaking-to-roll supported?

Yes, on devices with a motion sensor. iOS requires permission on first use. You can disable shake-to-roll in Settings.

How does the Liar's Dice AI work?

The AI uses a binomial probability model to compute likely calls. Three difficulty levels: Easy (looser bids), Normal (balanced), Hard (tight binomial-CDF-based calls).

What is "Seasonal Challenge"?

Each week the App selects one game mode + scoring rule and starts a global leaderboard. You opt-in to submit your score (anonymous device hash, no IDFA). Disable in Settings if you prefer not to participate.

Does the App track me?

By default, no. We use AdMob with anonymous reporting. On iOS 14+, we show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and respect your choice. On Android 13+, Ad ID can be reset/disabled in OS settings. We never collect contacts, location, photos, or identity.

Can I use this for real-money gambling?

No. The drinking-game (789) and bidding (Liar's Dice) modes are for social/entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate or condone real-money wagering.

My device is rated for ages 12+. Why?

The App contains mild references to gambling-style mechanics (bidding, drinking-game references in 789). The actual gameplay involves no real money, alcohol, or addictive mechanics. Parental discretion advised.

How do I delete my data?

For on-device data: uninstall the App. For Seasonal Challenge server-side data: email us with the first 4 characters of your device hash (visible in Settings → About) and we will delete within 30 days.

Where do I report a bug?

Email dev.crealize@gmail.com with: device model, OS version, App version (Settings → About), what you were doing, and what went wrong. Include a screenshot if possible. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Is iOS coming?

Yes — we are porting the App to iOS / iPadOS for Q3 2026 release. Currently Android only on Google Play.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Google Play and Apple App Store. Refund requests must go through the respective store's standard process. Smartrich cannot issue direct refunds.

Status

Service status updates and known issues are posted on the home page footer when applicable. The App itself is offline-first — only the Seasonal Challenge leaderboard requires an internet connection.
