1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DiceX3D ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.

2. Service Description

DiceX3D is an offline 3D dice-rolling app featuring five game modes: Standard, Big-Small, Eighteen-La, Liar's Dice (with AI opponent), and 789 Drinking Game. The App is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.

3. In-App Purchases

• Product: "Remove Ads" — one-time, non-consumable, USD $18.88 (approximately, may vary by region).
• What it unlocks: Permanently removes banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Unlocks Gold Dragon dice skin, gold cup, and dragon UI theme.
• Restore: Use "Restore Purchase" in the in-app paywall to restore on a new device or after reinstall. Restore requires the same Google Play / Apple ID account.
• Refunds: Handled by Google Play and Apple App Store according to their respective policies. Smartrich cannot directly issue refunds.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads may include interstitial ads (after a set number of rolls) and rewarded ads (opt-in for in-game bonuses). You can permanently remove ads via the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Do not use the App for illegal gambling. The drinking-game and bidding modes are for entertainment/social use only and do not facilitate real-money wagering.
• Do not attempt to bypass the IAP system or fraudulently obtain entitlements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — code, 3D models, audio, artwork, translations — is owned by Smartrich or licensed under Creative Commons / open-source licenses. The "Liar's Dice", "Eighteen-La", "789" game mechanics are traditional public-domain games; our specific implementation and visuals are protected.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartrich disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartrich's total liability for any claim arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (USD $18.88 maximum, if applicable). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taipei District, Taiwan.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms. Significant changes will trigger an in-app notification and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
